The Luxe Package

    • Initial design meeting for theme, color story, and style direction

    • Custom design of floral arrangements, tablescapes, lighting, and event branding

    • Creation of a design proposal, including inspiration boards and a design dossier

    • Budget creation, tracking, and management with a monthly to-do list

    • Vendor research, selection, payment management, and coordination

    • Full organization and communication with all vendors, including venue staff and entertainment

    • Management of guest accommodations and transportation

    • Final walkthrough of your venue and vendor confirmations with custom timelines

    • Bridal party instructions and coordination of a 1-hour rehearsal

    • 12 hours of day-of coordination with two assistants, including pre-wedding set-up and styling

    • Complete coordination of ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception festivities

    • Post-wedding clean-up and takedown

    • Ongoing etiquette support, plus a detailed timeline and event flow management throughout the planning

The Bliss Package

    • Comprehensive communication starting six weeks before the wedding

    • Customized six-week planning checklist and deadlines

    • Vendor contract review and final confirmations

    • Coordination of decor delivery and setup

    • Venue walkthrough and planning meeting two weeks before the wedding

    • Bridal party instructions and 1-hour rehearsal coordination

    • 8 hours of day-of coordination with one assistant

    • Personalized wedding day timeline and seating chart assistance

A La Carte Services

  • Choose from 10, 20, or 30-hour packages to get personalized assistance exactly when you need it most. Whether you're looking for help with specific tasks or need comprehensive support, our planning hours are tailored to fit your unique needs and busy schedule.

  • Our RSVP Management service is here to ensure every detail is handled smoothly and efficiently.

    • RSVPs are mailed directly back to our office

    • Tracking and management of RSVPs inside Google Docs

    • Weekly updates with RSVP totals and outstanding responses

    • Support in reaching out to tardy guests

    • Venue research planning call

    • Delivery of up to 5 venue options, including information and data on each venue customized to your wedding needs

    • Accompaniment to up to 3 venue tours to assist in making your final selection

    • Contract review and date securement with your final venue choice

    • Digital Inspiration Board

    • Simple Design Dossier

    • Invitation design (+ $100)

    • Invitation assembly and delivery:

      • Assembly of invitations, including placing pieces and components together inside their envelope

      • Hand canceling invitations at the post office

      • Delivery to the post office for mailing
